Greystone Guesthouse

A single room conversion within a grade 2 listed property for a full purpose bed and breakfast suite. A timeless washroom and sleeping area was organically curated using charming detail throughout.

Study Renovation

Heritage room refurbishment with extensive stone and beam revival and full inglenook reconstruction. Natural oak parque floor installation with custom media panelling and mood lighting details.

Annex

Former workshop to converted Annexe. This included a rear extension to match existing heritage glazed doors and windows to form a luxury two bedroom home with underfloor heating.

Drive & Garden Redesign

Complete redesign and planning of this Grade 2 listed property. The beautiful house was unable to be seen from the road but with careful consideration and keeping the integrity of the building an impressive sweeping driveway was created with stunning landscaping.

Art Studio

Fully erected timber frame structure with a secure concrete base. Hardwood cladding was added to compliment the natural environment and double glazed bifold doors installed with internal and external lighting.
